Refund Policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Results will vary from one person to another, due to several factors including; skin tone, hair color, hair growth cycles, frequency of use, and the way your body responds to IPL. We here at ModishSkin are confident that you will achieve some amazing results at home, but if not, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee so you can get smooth, hairless skin without the worry!

ModishSkin has a 12-month product warranty for anything that may go wrong with your handset.

Refunds will not be provided for returns, however, ModishSkin will cover all shipping costs for replacement handsets.

If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

  1. Take a clear video of the defect
  2. Email hello@modishskin.com with a sentence about the defect and your video attached
  3. Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with
  4. A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one

*Replacements will be sent out via FedEx within (2-3 business days).

You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application. 

ModishSkin will cover the replacement shipment cost in the case of a faulty handset, if you have contacted us within one month of your original purchase date. Any faulty handsets recorded outside of the first month are subject to review and approval and may Subjected to a replacement shipment fee that will need to be covered by the receiver, as the fault could be caused by one of many variables outside of our control, such as incorrect storage of the handset, damaged power point or power board, accidental water damage etc.

Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi - Al Ain - Jimi - Street 38 - Building 24.

Returns will be processed within 2 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not accept order cancellations for change of mind, however, all policies are in line with local consumer laws and will never replace the relevant legislation.

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully. We also do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you wish to change the color of an item and the packaging has not been open and is in its original condition, you can email us to organize an exchange. Postage costs to return and re-dispatch the order will not be covered by ModishSkin.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized beauty bags. Once an order has gone into production it then becomes non refundable.

It goes without saying that if items are faulty or damaged we can assist in arranging a replacement.

If you are customer outside of United Arab Emirates you may pay an additional shipping fee as you are not within a serviceable region for us. Depending on your shipping location and the associated cost of sending your order, we may contact you via email to advise the additional cost of shipping. If this additional cost is approved by you, we will email you the additional invoice. Your order will not be dispatched from our warehouse until the fee has been agreed and paid.
 

 

If you are a customer outside of United Arab Emirates shipping costs, duties and taxes and/or custom fees will not be covered by ModishSkin for replacement products under our 12 month warranty, or any shipments that have been lost or damaged in transit.
 
An invoice will be sent through to you to cover the shipping cost. Any additional customs fees are to be paid to the courier prior to receiving your shipment.

1.TAKE YOUR BEFOR PHOTO

      Before you shave, simply take a photo of your treatment area so we can see how much hair you had before starting your ModishSkin IPL hair removal handset.

2.CAPTURE YOUR WEEKLY PROGRESS PICTURE

      The photo should be taken before you shave each week and of the same area of the skin. You will need to take a minimum of 6 photos to accurately show that you used the IPL consistently throughout your 12 week journey.

      NOTE: If you are using your IPL on different areas of your body, you will need to take progress pictures only on one area of skin.

4.RETUREN & REFUND

     A customer care team member will respond to your progress photos and assist you with the return and refund process. All refunds will be reimbursed back to the original form of payment once the handset has been received by the warehouse.

    Money Back Guarantee returns must have your name and order number on the return package so we can easily identify the return. We suggest using a tracked service to ensure the package arrives to us. We will not be responsible for packages that go missing in transit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- The Money-Back Guarantee is only valid on the ModishSkin 2 Gen and the ModishSkin Ice Cool IPL hair removal handsets
- You must trial our handset for a minimum of 60 days (from the date of delivery) but for no more than 90 days.

Please note: - All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset. - All images MUST have valid time and date stamps.

If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse.
The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.
For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your handset or how the handset is used.
Please ensure that the detailed User Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.
We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.
Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.
We advise to return the handset via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.
Ask all customers to allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed, once it has arrived at our warehouse.
